One more moment, one more fucking string left. Kyle could feel it vibrating within her, her patience growing thin. That 'last string' pulling tight inside her sanity. Breathing in the clustered air around here, she closed her eyes and imagined some place so much more than here, than these crowded halls. It had been half her fault however, walking with her glare to the ground, marching past those walking by. The fact that her books were scattered among the floor was in fact half her fault as she walked right into other students.
Swallowing that fact as she scooped up her things and made a quick jolt to the stairs. There were two more periods of classes but that currently didn't matter. What mattered was she left this raunchy - god forbidden place, infested with humans. She felt like getting an education was just torture. But she loved knowledge, loved learning. She didn't mind her teachers so much, she could stomach them. However the rotten students, who joked and took nothing serious, was just one of the million reasons she couldn't stand to be with them more than six hours of class time.
The stairs were hardly there, Kyle instinctively jolting down the stairs with ease, hardly touching the stair floor as she moved along to the exit of the building. She decided it's Friday, so what's the harm in leaving a bit early. And with that thought in mind, pressing her books into her battered bag, she took off with a quick jog toward the northern hills.
It was obvious as to what she was accomplishing here, dropping her bag in a usual spot, making sure no one was around. Her blonde curls moved from shoulder to shoulder as she double checked for humans. Continuing her light jog, she let her senses ripple through her. Letting herself go free, as the feral werewolf inside her gladly consumed her human form. Which was like a disease to her.
Pain struck through her marrows, vibrating with a sense she longed for almost every evening after school, weekends and vacation times. Light paws landed on the soft earth now, a exasperation of her nose as she drove her hind legs to run up the northern hills. Snow reached her paws, letting the cool air strike her lungs and the bitter cold bite at her nose. Sometimes she second thought her runs like this, because it made her not want to return to the human valley at all. With a frustrated sigh, she let a light howl ripple up her throat and over the valley.
ooc; open :3

GOD, I'M SO SICK OF THIS PLACE While life in the city was nice and all, and being human made blending in easy, there was only so much Veda could take before she was forced to the forest. Down there she was poor, hungry... the scum that the city's people wiped their feet on as they passed. She had no money, no way to get any other than stealing, and those other damned wolves after her nonstop. Needless to say the paranoia was driving her mad. Not just the "ugh this is so annoying" mad, but the "I'm going to go fucking insane if I don't get a break" kind. During times like this when stealing was becoming more annoying than it was profitable, she would excuse herself from her human duties and go into the surrounding forests. Here, it was much easier to find food.
Wide paws easily tread over the snowy earth. It was winter, and a dusting was present in the city, but here in the mountains it was much deeper. Light gray fur blanketed her back, fading to white as it went down her body to her paws. It was thicker around the neck, almost like a mane, and equipped her for the cold air. Sharp ears were erect, body all but motionless as she listened with her whole form. Her paws felt for vibrations signaling movement, the very hair on her canid body probing the atmosphere for signs of prey animals. This was the way she wished she could live out her days; as a beast. Hell, she was halfway there already. Of course things weren't that simple. Blending in was much easier with her human body and, as much as she detested the creature beneath her skin, it had it's uses.
It's a funny thing, to hate half of yourself. When she was a human she thought she knew what that felt like. She hated the part of her that was her parents, hated the part that wasn't human. She longed for everything to be normal again. Wolf life just wasn't for her, life on the run was just humiliating. If her parents hadn't used her as collateral, where would she be now?
Her feet sprang into action before her mind could catch up. She had been on autopilot, deftly searching for something to eat, and when her body sensed it she had come back to the real world. Silence enveloped her, cloaking her; white fur on a white background. The rabbit couldn't sense her coming, he just happily chewed away at whatever piece of root he had dug up. She could smell everything, even the dirt on his paws from where he had been digging for food. Ears picked up the sound of it's quick little heartbeat - thump, thump, thump - it was almost enough to drive her mad with anticipation. She was so hungry.
As she was about to spring, a howl ripped through the air. The rabbit sped off before Veda could claim him in her jaws. Snapping her teeth together, her hackles rose and her posture went to the offensive. Who the hell was out here? Had Bosley sent one of his goons into the forest to find her? Her stomach growled back at the howl. Food would have to wait... It had sounded close by.

For a human this deepening snow would become bitter and painful. The snow would burn their cheeks with the fierce cold and freeze their digits. However they lacked the ability to be able to just hold still and look out across the mountainous horizon in which was white and silencing. Beautiful. Breathtaking, as Kyle let herself hold still. Her golden brown eyes looking over the the picture in front of her. Sides moving up and down as she let her heart rate calm down. The cold filling in her lungs with a welcoming feeling.
Suddenly her ear flicked backwards, catching a sound paces down the growing dips between mountains. Looking back toward the scenery, she pushed back to go investigate, purely for the reason of curiosity. If it were a hunter, he'd be good as dead, but the cold breeze didn't bring the slight scent of a stinky human. Rather another were... Her hackles rose slightly with anticipation, she liked to meet others, sometimes. However this didn't smell of her pack, which only annoyed her in the end.
Yet she galloped through the snow, until eventually she began running to get into the other wolfess' view. A light gray, whom was luckily holding a gray wolf form, was not to far ahead now. Kyle shook her brown gray fur of the loose snow falling down from the evening gray skies. "Hey, Loner!" Personally Kyle had nothing against loners, but she was just acting how she would with any other. Recklessly and absurdly, demanding some attention to perhaps just talk.
ooc; oh this reply was just horrible haha was rushed, but there finally replied! xD <3
