River of No Return: Literate/Advanced Wolf RPG

Decades ago, the wolves of No Return lived in harmony. Disputes were not settled with violence, but rather with voice and reason. There were two leaders over No Return, Hectate and Rabi'Ah. The two old leaders ruled peacefully over No Return.

However, their peace was short-lived.

The two leaders have had many litters of pups in the past years, but sensing their time was soon coming to a close, they decided to have a final litter-- one that would bear the next alpha male.

Hectate and Rabi'Ah were soon blessed with a litter of beautiful cubs. They appointed one of their sons to become the next leader.

However, not all were happy during this time. Rumors were flowing that Hectate and Rabi'Ah's oldest daughter, Severin, was filled with envy. Some say she felt as if she should take the throne. Some say that she, and her mate, Saix, were planning a conspiracy like no other.

Then, in the dead of night, when even the moon had hidden itself in the Earth's shadow and not a star was to be seen, two wolves fled into the den where Hectate, Rabi'Ah, and the new litter of cubs slept.

A long and loud cry was sounded all throughout No Return. The regal family had been murdered.

This sparked a long-lasting battle. No Return was divided into four territories: Garroway, the superior, Del'Soto and Etienne, the middle-class, and Amaris, the inferior.

Yes, for the first time, the land was divided.

Severin and Saix were immediately banished to Amaris as traitors. However, the two spiteful wolves seem to hide a dark secret. Were they truly responsible for the massacre? Or were they protecting their fellow wolves from a fate far worse?

The four territories are on the verge of another battle. Will peace ever be restored between the four territores? Or will they once again rise at each other's throats?
